Estimated to cost Australian businesses approximately $13 Billion per year, workplace bullying and harassment places both individuals and organisations at risk. Ending bullying at work is critical to prevent risk to employees and organisations. This half day workshop will provide participants with insights into bullying and harassment, why and how it occurs, how to protect yourself and simple bully busting techniques.
