The Emergency Support Network is dedicated to making the workplace a positive experience for all employees. We aim to assist organisations and individuals in this quest. Too often we hear of adverse situations or circumstances that make work a difficult situation for employees or place organisations at unnecessary risk. We dont perceive this to be something that is sustainable, for any party. So in following with our founders, Michael and Lesley Tunnecliffe, we are committed to continuing their great work in trying to make workplaces great places that employees want to be in! The Emergency Support Network (ESN) was established in 1986, by well renowned Psychologists and Authors, Michael & Lesley Tunnecliffe.  It was acquired in 2009, by Carla Fotev (nee Frayne), owner of Integral Solutions.  This arrangement has enabled the continuance of the same high quality services, that have become linked to the ESN name. As part of the business arrangement, Michael Tunnecliffe continues to share his expertise and wisdom with ESN in the capacity of Corporate Advisor.  Coordinated by Carla, ESN has a range of highly qualified and experienced Psychologists who are dedicated to supporting our corporate vision of managing people risks to maximise potential. Click Here to meet our Team.
