ESN was acquired in 2009 by Carla Fotev (nee Frayne). As part of the business arrangement, Michael Tunnecliffe continues to share his expertise and wisdom with ESN in the capacity of Corporate Advisor. Under the direction of Carla, ESN has expanded to involve a range of highly qualified and experienced Psychologists and HR professionals.
