The Emergency Support Newsletter is sent from a database which is kept confidential and will not distributed or sold to any third party. The only data collected is name and address.

Also added are organisation, position, title, phone and e-mail, when these are volunteered. Attendance at ESN professional development courses is recorded, as a Quality Assurance initiative. Confirmation of course attendance or training participation will be provided to a third party to support a job application or CV.

If anyone on the ESN database requests their name and contact details be removed, this will be done immediately. All personal details are kept in a secure location and are accessible to authorised personnel only.
